Rodeway Inn Chicago North Shore - Lincolnwood

The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy

Basic, inexpensive room. Room could use deep cleaning. Staff was super casual

1st night check in Male staff was rude and unhelpful will never stay in this place again.

After check in the key can not open the door (3 times ) staff must use the foot kick in together .Bathroom door cannot close

It was a place to stay It needs big renovations, the doors don’t shut so the weather still gets in, the staff inside is a bit lazy, and when I went in to checkout the man was sleeping. I know this is my fault as well, but I did not get my $100 cash deposit back, I forgot to ask for it, but the staff should be trained to ask if a cash or a card deposit was made when customers checkout.

The bed sheet had holes in it. Should be replaced. I would have expected with a 2 night stay for 1 person there would have been 2 towels and washcloths. The air conditioner was great. I will stay there again!
