We got in early on a train and they held our bags until the room was ready, which they got for us prior to check in time. Pool was open, though marked as not available on the website. We walked everywhere in the Fulton Market area from this location. No hills, rental bikes everywhere, very walkable city.

Hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and our room was big with a kitchen. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The garage was at capacity so we were not able to park there during our stay. The staff provided us with a list of alternative parking lots near the hotel that were actually cheaper, so it worked out great! Overall we loved the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The location is easy to get to. There is surface parking that you can get on spot hero cheaper than thru the hotel parking just a block away. Also close to the French Market for lunch. Breakfast can get quite crowded. People don’t control their kids.

Nice location. Fairly quiet. Able to walk most places if you're willing to walk a bit. Room was well maintained. One oddity was that there was no door on the main bathroom,only the shower / toilet area. Not sure if this was a one off for our room.
