Great service

This is the best hotel in the area north of the loop. This is my 3rd stay here. The location is perfect for visiting my daughter who lives in Edgewater. The train stop is just behind it so it's a quick 5 minute walk to hop on and go. There is no noise from the train in the hotel. The clean rooms are well-planned and there is plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, and this hotel even allows pets. What more could you ask for? While a lower price would be nice, you are not going to find cheap hotels in this area. It is helpful to book as soon as possible to get a better price and to be sure rooms are available for your dates. 5 STARS.

Wonderful stay just like before. Will always stay here when visiting Chicago

Room is clean. Well maintained. Basic free hotel breakfast. Friendly staff. Noisy, can hear doors opening and closing all night. Street can be noisy at night over the weekend.
-
Good area. Felt very safe with late night security measures. Serve a very nice breakfast. They were a little stingy on toilet paper this trip. We had to ask twice for an extra roll during our 4 night stay.

Everything about this hotel was great! Location, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good water pressure and hygiene products, and a decent breakfast of many options. Coffee and hot water plus fresh fruit available all hours. We had a delay for several days from our flight so we called each day to let them know and they kept our room for us (we paid of course, but it was peak graduation season in Chicago and had we not we would have paid more than double to get a room elsewhere if we even could). I appreciate the staff who made our stay very pleasant.

Check-in was quick & easy. The room was great with comfortable beds. Staff was there to assist & checking to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of items to choose from. I used their fitness center on the 6th floor. Location is wonderful-near the lake with plenty of walking paths and beautiful beaches. Check out was smooth. Enjoyable stay!

Location was great and accessible to transportation and neighborhood gems and safety was a priority. Within walking distance to Lake Michigan and beaches and near Loyola campus. Nothing not to like

clean hotel friendly staff. Contenential breakfast was gross; powered eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, muffins. Very few options. Paid $300 per night; I have paid 175 per night at other locations and had ALOT better food. My bed squeaked and rattled with little to no movement. I asked them to fix it and they didn't do it. I was there for 3 nights after I asked them. Otherwise it was fine. The roof of the hotel was a seating area where you can look out over the town.

Stairs only led to a fire exit so eve on the 2nd floor you had to use the elevator.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable. AC was nice. Stairs only led to a fire exit so eve on the 2nd floor you had to use the elevator.

One complaint was that we had to pay $46 a night to park and they literally parked our vehicle right in front of the building and put cones around it.
