Great location in an attractive area with lots of stuff to do, a nice pool (even though we didn't use it), nice architecture and a comfy balcony. No hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 90% sure that body wash and shampoo were one and the same stuff, the toilet paper holder was too small for the toilet paper roll which made it fall down with the slightest touch, there was no curtain in front of the shower which caused the bathroom to be flooded easily (and the toilet paper roll to be instantly flooded as well, because it fell down a lot), and the water piping was quite loose and didn't feel like it was properly maintained. All in all nothing that really ruins your trip, but I wouldn't expect this from a three star hotel.

If you are looking for a place to sleep it is totally fine. The bathrooms are a little small and hard to maneuver but nothing that was too bad at all.

Amazingly friendly staff. Nice sized rooms, nice and clean. The pool was nice and clean, not busy. The hotel was in a nice spot of the main road. The overhead plains were noisy, but you picked a hotel close to an airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great, the family room is set up perfect and wonderfully clean, the beds were confortable and the pool is beautiful. The noise. We could hear every movement of the people upstairs, every toilet flush. We struck lucky on our first night and the place was quiet but on our second night there were some very noisy guests upstairs. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel, but it is not well sound proofed.

We especially enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. The location is an easy walk from many great restaurants and coffee shops. An extra nice touch was the espresso coffee maker, available in the dining area for guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This simple boutique hotel offers great value for the cost. This was our second time to stay and will likely return again.

location, the facility and property, cleanliness, staffs the wall is too thin that I can hear most of the thing from other rooms in the same floor, but fortunately most of them sleep pretty quietly.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help in every way. We loved the location with many great restaurants just a short walk anway and easy access to several relaxing Thai massage opportunities. Our rooms were comfortable, just what we were needing. Coffee and water fill stations were freely available. The children especially enjoyed the pool.

A wonderful, well-located property; nice pool and comfortable twin room. They did laundry for us and returned it the next day; inexpensive. The room had essentially no natural light; one small window with a dark tint. We tended to be there for down time during the afternoon heat and it would have been nice to have more light.

Good location. There were so many good coffeeshops nearby. Sufficient parking. The room is clean but the condition of the furniture, for example washing basin, was not good. The water heater did not function properly. (The water was not at all warm.) Staying on the ground floor was a bad decision. Guests were running along the hallway at late night and kept mistaking our room for theirs.- trying to use their cards to access our room.
