Okay location, is near airport so you get all the noise from planes taking off and landing. But makes it easy to get to. Close to most things needed, markets, old city, 7/11 Most comfortable bed I slept in on this trip so far Not the cleanest hotel ever. Showers have build up of grime. Towels are old and hard, lots of noise from hallways

1. When I arrived (after check in hour) they asked me to wait more time because the room wasn't clean 2. The room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom 3.The building close to the hotel is under construction and they gave me a room that was facing it. IMO this room shouldn't be available at all. I wake up with the view from the workers almost in my room and of course the noise you can expect.

It's a great hotel in the Nimman district which is the trendy area of the city. Very chilled district, packed with cool cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. The hotel is down a quiet street off one of the main roads. The hotel is modern in a quirky way, with chill out areas inside and outside. Room was modern, clean with a great shower, good TV, kettle, power points, good WiFi and aircon. Cleaned every day. Very comfy bed. Staff didn't speak much English but we're very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Safe didn't work but they tried hard to correct it.

Room and hotel were very clean and the beds were comfortable. good location! The room we booked wasn’t ready for the first day of checkin with the balcony but they rectified this for the second day of our stay and moved our luggage over for when we returned from an excursion.

Good Room with a Window. Comfortable bed. Good value. Some of the Superior rooms do not have windows as shown in the photos. I had to ask to change to a room with a window.

Location The superior room advertised it had a big window facing the mountain. The room I had didn’t have a window which was incredibly disappointing and misleading from the room description.

location was good and relatively quiet since it’s tucked away from the main hustle bustle of restaurants and businesses poor cleaning and hygiene. ants in sink of bathroom, dust, running toilet, dirty worn towels, poor noise insulation so you hear everything from your neighbors conversations etc. they are cheap and only give you limited supplies like soap, 1/4 filled tissues at a time, poor guest service. very rude staff and owner who treats guest with profanity and vulgar language. unsafe and unsanitary practice. they do not appreciate your business so go to plenty other hotels like the one across the street who are friendly and respectful to their guests
