Everything was fine: the staff was nice and helpful, the location is perfect and the hotel is super clean. I stayed for 7 night so I can prove that they clean rooms every day without any reminders. There is a very comfy area downstairs with some chairs, couches, and books where you can relax during a day. You can walk to Nimmam Road and Maya Shopping Mall, and it's just a 10-minute ride to the Old City.

Astounding! Perfect location as in its not right in the heart of Nimman area, but instead in a nice ‘back’ area and relatively “still Thai” part of town. Great staff, free breakfast (simple), clean rooms and good monthly rates! I hope to return for one of their 3 month rental deals at some point… I highly recommend this place, even though I only stayed a few days - I didn’t even get a chance to use their small gym area. Very welcoming lobby area!

First impressions of the room were not good because the property is old but once ensconced we looked at the positives. The bed was so big and good for sleeping; the location was great with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby - we found excellent examples of both. In addition, it was so easy to move around the area from this location, even in the usual Chiang Mai area traffic jams. The car parking was excellent with undercover security. We have been to Chiang Mai many times in recent years, living in Thailand, and we shall stay here again. The general malaise of the room with a dirty shower curtain and old rickety furniture but for the money and location the negatives can be ignored.
