The property is just fine, nothing memorable. Looking tired and worn, very dark. Would not stay here again, in fact we changed hotels mid stay. The airplane noise is also a concern.

The hotel location is great at Nimman area. A lot of restaurants, cafes around the hotel. One Nimman is just 5 to 10 minute walking distance. Very spacious room with clean bathroom. The front desk lady was very helpful. The hotel is a bit dated from the hotel furnishing and room deco. However, the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast has a limited selection of good protein and limited choices for breakfast. Black Americano coffee is free. If you wish to have other coffee drinks like latte or cappucino, you need to pay separately. There are other great cafes or restaurants nearby if you wish to skip the hotel breakfast.

We loved the location and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great, and I enjoyed getting a massage at the spa right next door. Would definitely recommend!

The issue in the room door soundproof is poor unfortunately, any one walking outside you can hear like the door is open all the time, fridge was noisy at night as it will wake me up once it is start cooling

We had an absolutely amazing time at The Craft. The rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was amazing. They made sure we were always taken care of and were so friendly. They replenished our water and provided snacks in our room every day. The hotel will also provide a very affordable laundry service that was super convenient. I honestly have no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Delicious breakfast, amazing location. Super comfortable bed! When staying in Nimman, planes are audible flying overhead. (This is not unique to this property, though; just something to note about the area!)

Loved this property! Of the three I stayed at this was my favourite. Clean rooms. Unique boutique feel. Excellent service and excellent breakfast! While it was in the heart of the Nimman area it was quiet! There wasn’t a thing I could complain about!

Beautiful and well crafted design for the boutique hotel. Great location and walking distance to One Nimman and Maya. Close to all important amenities too. Very friendly stuffs and good breakfast to serve every morning. Easy to access everywhere. Clean towels and room for very days. Too close to the airport and almost can hear airplanes taking off every hours. Luckily it stop when close to late evening. Bed is okay but can be better.
