Great location, great sized room and balcony. The pool area needs a little bit of love. The area is a bit run down and the cushions on the chairs seemed a little dirty.

Rooftop pool, rooms were very nice, nail salon downstairs, restaurant downstairs had the best frappes, convenience store and restaurants near by Hard to get tuk tuks sometimes

Good location, comfortable rooms. Pool area was fine, we swam once. Be aware the pool is not heated. Staff was friendly. Luggage storage was available to pre or post checkout. Hallways were loud, could hear people walking and doors slamming if you were in a main hallway. Breakfast was an extra cost, airport shuttle was an extra cost. Nail salon was open intermittently with no apparent set hours.

Great location, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. I feel the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall, it feels a bit tired. The pool area on top also needs some TLC but it's a gorgeous place to swim on the rooftop.

the breakfast The standard of the rooms were not four stars. E.g the towels were broken. Environmental policy was not implented, i.e towels were changed every day. Not good. The gym, cannot be called a gym. Very few machines. Run down. Area by the pool very run down.
