Perfect location, comfortable and very nice and kind staff.

Spacious, good location. Nice espresso shop next-door. Beast burger next-door was great as well (same owner as Nord). Parking on the street was a bit of a trouble, but that comes with the territory.

Plenty of space and quite comfortable with a Japanese zen vibe. Well located in the center of Nimman. An attached excellent burger restaurant. Daily housekeeping if you want it. A couple small maintenance items were not resolved but they were minor. There is some noise from security gates and surroundings.

Great location, easy to find, quick responses from the staff at Beast Burger. Very large room, more than enough space to spend time indoors, much bigger than an average hotel room. Convenient to walk to many bakeries, café's, and restaurants. Louvered wall separation between lounge area and sleeping area is interesting. One could not socialize in the lounge area or use the television if others were trying to sleep.

The only con was that you can hear traffic so if you're a light sleeper it might not be for you.

The place itself was great! The location is very good for a lot of restaurants. It was quite calm. Highly recommended! We stayed there for 10 nights. If you get annoyed by the sounds of the airplanes passing by every now and then, this could be an issue, it wasn't for us :) I believe this is anyway an issue around the whole Nimman neighborhood. Something we missed (and is our fault as we didn't realize it was like that until we arrived) is that there are no stoves, so you're limited with what you can do in the kitchen. The upside is that the offer of restaurants around is high, so you'd barely use it - if you're an international in Chiang Mai.

Many not suitable for elderly since the penthouse studio is on the 4th floor with no elevator. And also if you need to be hurry in the morning , there’s only 1 bathroom

huge room, great quality everything, so comfortable for a longer stay. location is great, staff was great. it was sooooo nice relaxing on a good couch like I was at home. internet was a big problem. they were communicating about the issue but if you need to work I would double check with them that it has been resolved if it is super important for work like it was for me. issue was in early December 2022.
