Very close to a ton of shops, as well as a 7/11, starbucks, mall etc... The staff are pretty much there almost 24/7 which is cool There's no lift, so we had to walk up 4 floors with our suitcases Also they make you take off your shoes so its uncomfortable considering theres no lift inside of the hotel.. If you have a medical or physical injury I would advise you to check with the hotel if they can lift your stuff up before booking.

Very neat, very cosy, very chic The curtains are outside of the bathroom, so you have no control over your privacy, your partner can open the curtains whilst you’re having a shower

With the exception of a leaky aircon in the suite room everything was great The stairs, if you are in the penthouse suite

Would have been nice that the small pool wasn't completely covered by a roof. The toilet seat could have been more stable to sit down on.

During our stay, one of our rooms had a problem with the air conditioning, hence it was hot the whole night. The staff rectify the problem the next day.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. After a very long travel I arrived early and while my room was not ready the staff let me shower in their room to freshen up. Much appreciated. There’s not much of a reception / lobby area to hang out. The toilet kept running the whole time so I closed the bathroom door while I was in the room.

Great value for stay. They might not have elevator so you have to walk up to the stairs, but their bed is super comfy and they have a huge TV with netflix. It is also very clean.

good location - not far away from main road, plenty of good restaurants in the area (within walkable distance), can go up to Doi Suthep easily (by car or trekking trail) Smell from shoes box at the reception desk, sound insulation to be improved (interior)

This hotel was probably my favorite in Chiang Mai. It is a small property, but the location is great; it’s close to a lot of shops, malls, and attractions. The staff are also very lovely. This was definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed in in Thailand so far; there is a lovely smell that hits you as you enter. The TV also comes with Netflix, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. There really wasn’t anything I disliked. The sounds of planes can be heard, so if you’re a light sleeper, it may be an issue. It didn’t bother me however. An iron in the room would be nice.

Cozy cute boutique accommodation just west of central Chiang Mai but in an excellent eclectic college area of town. Beds were the most comfortable of any accommodation I've stayed at over the last month, rooms were spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly. Good food options, plenty of public transportation, and overall a great vibe. Definitely have to be able to climb stairs! A total of five floors with no elevator.
