The tub plug broken and it takes a long time for it to drain before the next person can use it

This hotel is old and have been renovated, but cheap remodeling has been done.

Water is room kept running

Great location! We had dinner at Sedona Taphouse, a short drive from the hotel. Very quiet, and a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly!

Clean and quiet hotel. It was a lovely stay, close to the freeeway and places to eat. Breakfast was very good.

A negative, one of the electrical outlets between the beds did not work. Room 340.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was fine (good shower). Breakfast was very good and breakfast area was nice.

The location was excellent, right off I95, easy off, easy on. The room was clean, there was plenty of room for my stuff, the tv worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, food was constantly being made and offered. Coffee was delicious. The only problem I found was the vent in the bathroom pushed the shower curtain into the shower area. Overall, a great place to stay.

I stayed in Hotel room 127 and the floor had water damage, i only know that because we did a lot of home improvement on our home.

I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn location. The property was clean and well-maintained, which is always the first thing I look for. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Receptionist was extremely efficient at check-in. Breakfast was great.
