The clean towels had holes in them, torn edges and 2 of them so badly stained I took them to the front desk clerk who was so apologetic. The location is convenient between Lookout Mountian and downtown, but after an exceptional stay at the LaQuinta downtown Chattanooga this was a horrible experience. The breakfast was laughable and the water jug by the coffee maker never had cold water in it. I’m sure I sound picky, but usually there are good if not great. This is 1⭐️

I hate when you can't tell if someone's writing a real review or not, so I will shoot you straight! Great property, this is our second time staying at this location. From the moment we walked into our clean, icy cold room, it was comfortable. The beds checked out, linens were clean.The water was hot in the shower and bathroom was clean. We slept well, all of that was great! Now you do hear the big rigs on the freeway, not gonna lie!!! However, if you bring a sound machine like we do, it pretty much blocks most of that out so that wasn't an issue for us! The free breakfast meh, it's like any other free breakfast. It'll fill your belly, but it's not that great! I went with the safe option and had a bagel and yogurt! The little workout room looked nice. The property is safe. We've never had any issues with our car broken into. It is pet friendly, but the rooms do not smell like animals and they have a nice little fenced area for you to walk your dog!

Great price for hotel to easily get to downtown Chattanooga and also to Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls

Clean and worked for our party for traveling home. First staff member we encountered was nice and polite second one was meh. Elevator is extremely slow and there is only one on each floor. Overall we would stay again for a night.

This was perfect location for visiting Ruby Falls. Comfortable bed and easy access!

We stayed one night while moving my son. We had his lab, and the hotel was very accommodating with great pet amenities, a clean room, nice breakfast and friendly, helpful staff

The front desk staff was very pleasant. The room could have been cleaner. There were splatters on the walls. Some of the towels had stains.

Location was good, the gas station across the street was nice. Good recommendation for Odell's pizza and deli. The staff at the front desk didn't know I had booked two rooms so when she finished checking me in, I had to ask about the other room and it took twice as long. The toilet seat is 12 inches off the ground, so it's hard to get up from being young and healthy but for the my older aunt it was difficult and for my mother who just had hip surgery, it was damn near impossible to get herself up. I requested that one of the rooms be located by the elevator because my mom recently had surgery and has limited mobility. They gave us the room farthest from the elevator. The breakfast wasn't good. The room had no remote and when we went down to get one, staff gave me a broken down one that barely worked. I knew La Quinta's weren't good but my mother insisted, but with trying to save money, we tried it. Big mistake, won't be booking again.

Close to gas station and nice views of the mountains. Quiet location and felt safe. Had to travel on a very busy highway to get to events or downtown Chattanooga.

Not the worst place I've stayed, but far from the best for the price. We had 4 staying and only had 3 towels in the room. Asked front desk for a towel and were told they didn't have any and to find a cleaning lady. At the time we couldn't locate one of those either. The "warm" breakfast items were luke warm/cool. At least they had a microwave to warm the breakfast food up. Disappointed for the price we paid. I personally won't being staying here again.

This is an ok hotel the room is ok one chair had a stain and the other chair had peeling fabric. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good pancakes no waffles.
