There was mold in the bathroom of the first room we checked into which they were accommodating to move us to another room which was great honestly probably wouldn't stay here again as the property seems to be run down and not kept up well.Breakfast only is open until 9am which is fine for those that don't have kids

Our room smelled like mold so bad that we requested a different room. They were full and did not have any other rooms so we found a different place to stay. They thankfully were willing to work with us and refund our money. It took several calls to Hotels.com and talking to a supervisor before we finally got our money back though.

While the hotel was kept clean it was dated and needed some work. Chips out of the tub and toilet, needed some paint repairs, some of the outlets did not work.

Disgusting rooms and cockroaches! Avoid at all costs! While the reception area looks good and the breakfast was actually decent, the rooms themselves are absolutely filthy. The floors were completely uncleaned and incredibly sticky

The staff was great, the pool was wonderful and breakfast good. Not clean room, beds old and needed replacement

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with how big the rooms were. Had 2 rooms and one had a tear in the couch and the other room had paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, small amount of mold above shower and the rails in the shower door needed cleaned.

Called the day before check-in to see if I could check-in early as plans had shifted. Was told on the phone that I could check-in early and that it would just be a $50 fee to do so. Staff failed to mention during the same phone call that it wouldn't be possible due to rooms being sold out. Staff memeber that was at the desk when I arrived tried her best to accommodate for her co-workers mess up, but ultimately couldn't and supposedly put a note to try to rectify the situation. Nothing was done. I got a 1 bedroom suite and only the bedroom was actually cool. The rest of the suite was not cool and humid. Mold was growing in the shower crevices. There were stains on the couch and still some trash left on the bedroom closet shelf. Lots of marks on the walls from furniture or other things being shifted around. Outlet in the bathroom did not work and other outlets were not flush against wall. Finally, there was an overpowering smell from fragrances being sprayed to make you feel as if the room was actually clean, though it was not because our socks and feet were black from walking around the room.

The room looks like wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and dust as well. There was also hair on the walls of the bathtub. The room's AC didn't work well either; the room never got cool. The living room area had a sofa bed, and the air didn't reach that area. I called the front desk, and they said the air was coming from a fan on the wall. Anyway, the room never got cool.

The staff at the front desk was very understanding of my situation. We left the hotel immediately upon checking in because my room was filled with mold in several different spots. It is very clear there is water damage throughout this property. You can even smell the mold and mildew as soon as you walk through the front doors. Nobody should stay in these conditions. Not even for one night. Black mold can kill you and make you extremely sick. Everything except the location was AWFUL !!! The floors were coming apart also!! And were filthy like someone had spilled something sticky all over them.

Everything was fine until I saw a roach. Little noisy and my room floors were very dirty

Convenient location of the hotel! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast One bed in the room was luxurious, the other folding bed was uncomfortable

The location was absolutely wonderful! Several things available to us. Our room was aweful!! The bed sheets we're dirty, housekeeping didn't attend to the room as requested by front desk!! Had to keep calling to the front for several issues!! The front desk receptionist Mattie did take care of us at checkout! She was very helpful!!

The sweet house keeper Mandy was fantastic she help me out about the aquarium that we was going to:) Everything was fantastic

Everything exceeded expectations. This was the best LaQuinta Ive ever stayed at. Breakfast was fresh, clean, and had a VAST variety. I will be back. Nothing. This place was perfect.
