There was a mixup when we open the door of our room. There was someone in it. The staff quickly straightened it out.

Nice room, clean, well maintained and quiet during our Sat night stay. The bed and bedding were comfortable and felt new.

The bathroom sink faucet is broken—the handle came right off—and water flows from both the showerhead and the bathtub faucet simultaneously.

We had an issue with a whistle in our bathroom. It was loud enough to wake you up. Also woke up to an infestation of ants. I took pictures and showed the front desk but they did nothing to compensate us. 😢

Came to visit a friend in the hospital. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They even provided me a toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as bags to make an ice pack when I had a migraine.

The staff were helpful and hotel was clean. The breakfast was not very good. They also have a policy that no one within a 55 mile radius can stay at this hotel. Their reasoning was sound but would def make sure you live far enough away. We were from Richmond and they almost didn't let us stay.

Location & the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved their mattress Bathrooms were outdated and stained. Bathroom was 7 out of 10 clean.

Long walk to room. Navigating to front without going outside or driving.

Easy access from the interstate Strange design with the only elevator in the very back of the building. We were told to park in the back and then had to walk the length of the building to get to the room. Ended up moving the car back to the front and just walking the one and a half flight of stairs. Not bad but odd.
