Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and bed was wonderfully comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Great amenities and good selection at breakfast ( would love to have had a bagel though). Great stay for a good price!

Free car charging, modern furnishings, spacious room, secluded location but close to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast was awful. We had to go out and get our own food. The pool was filthy dirty. I thought maybe it was just the one day, but it got worse as the days went on.

When I arrived Sunday afternoon I was told the elevators were not working, but was told they'd be fixed the next morning - they weren't. This was a major problem because I was carrying a lot of camera gear for my work and never leave it in my vehicle over night and I was not on the first floor. I was told they would have someone there to help carry things up and down. There was a young man that helped me once but he was carrying two large gear bags while talking on his phone and banging my gear on doors and walls all the way up. I asked him to hold up but he didn't hear me. The day I was to check out - Tuesday - I asked for help that morning at 7am but was told there wasn't anyone available until 8am. I had to make 6 trips up and down to get my gear downstairs. That on top of my work for the day made it a difficult day and stay. Had the front desk ladies been more apologetic and helpful that would have been a nice customer service touch - but they weren't. Oh, and while they advertise that they have yogurt and boiled eggs for breakfast, they did not. When I asked Hotels.com to inquire about a partial refund, the hotel refused. This was my second time to stay there, but I'll never stay there again. It's unfortunate because it's in a very convenient location for me every year.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely recommend and definitely looking forward to staying again. I did not want to leave. Because of traveling I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is definitely at the top.

My wife won’t stay in the place that has a least bit of feels to it. She was very pleased with the cleanliness of this location.

The elevators didn't work and you had to use the steps which made us lose one of our bags we could not take everything at once it was Left outside and some one took the bag.Clean rooms

I travel quite a bit for work. Honestly, this was one of the hotels I've stayed at in quite some time. The rooms were very nice and well appointed. The bathroom was also very nice and shower just amazing with easy showcontrols, elegant glass doors, and a hidden drain that worked great. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the coffee makers were a brand new, high tech machine that actually grinds the beans right in front of you and then brews you a nice fresh cup of coffee that tasted amazing, and I'm a coffee snob with a commercial grade espresso machine at home. And, you can access these coffee machines 24/7! Staff was super nice too. All in all it was a really great stay, and I highly recommend staying here!!

Location Elevators out and they put me on the 4th floor. Should have offered me something in terms of a discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel itself was lovely. We enjoyed our whole stay. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs!!! For this reason, I will NEVER stay at this location again. I had knee replacement surgery and a bad back, and it made it very difficult to do!!
