Fantastic stay! Super clean

The Embassy Suites in Ayrsley were clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. I was informed that they had a daily happy hour where 2 drinks would be complimentary as well as breakfast hours. The room was quiet and clean and the beds were firm and pillows soft. The Ayrsley part of Charlotte is clean and feels very safe, which helped me feel more relaxed during my stay. I also appreciated that they had chargers for EVs on site. I would choose to stay here again if I am ever in the Charlotte area again!

Rooms are just as they should be, clean, nice, up to day, and plenty of space. Cant say that about others. The breakfast was also amazing. They had the regular continental breakfast( waffles, cereal, fruits juices) and also amazing eggs, bacon, sausage, and made to order omelets. This save my family of 4 about $50 for breakfast every morning. Very pleased. They also offer 2 free drinks per night at happy hour at the bar, but we dont drink and didn't take advantage of that free service.

Breakfast was outstanding, our room was spacious and very clean. Can't wait to stay at Embassy Suites in the future. Only complaint was about the noisy neighbors, but the staff were kind and were able to resolve the matter. Everything was amazing

Beautiful hotel close to lots of restaurants and Uptown Charlotte. We came in late, but the staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms are large and well appointed. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable too. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Property was beautiful and staff went above and beyond breakfast was incredible!

Indoor pool was clean and smelled of chlorine, beds are super comfy. Breakfast was great but the area needs a good mopping. The property is beautiful. Evening cocktails were fun. Great place to stay.

Great locations, amenities, and amazing staff! Breakfast messy and unorganized. There were no plates for the longest time (greater than 10 min).

I would definitely stay here again. I love Embassy Suites in general

The shampoo and conditioner were basically empty, the extra towels requested were not supplied at first.

The food was not of the quality I expected

The parking situation gets a bit hectic as it’s several other hotels in that area, but at least it’s free.
