Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport LoSo

The room did not have curtains so the street lights lit up the room all night and made it difficult to sleep. We also found a large palmetto bug on the floor. Overall it was disappointing as I have stayed at other Court Yard properties and never had this kind of experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The "market" in the lobby is something that my family and I utilize at many hotels we stay at. They had a great selection of items, including salads and sandwiches. I liked that they had fresh food, not just frozen. I would have been tempted to stay an extra night, but we had to get going to our next location.

Weekend stay from Friday through Monday and the room was never cleaned, trash emptied, beds made. Despite seeing housekeeping on the floor across the hall or right next door. I went to the front desk both days and alerted the staff. Negative results. I ran out of body wash while in the shower. Horrible service. Only bright light was a young employee in the cafe: Nixon. Pleasent, multitasker, wore a smile and maintained the area himself. Good example of what should be done.

I went to take a shower a living bug & hair was on the shower. I was displeased with my stay. Needless to say my TV stopped working in the middle of the night. After being up driving & working for close to 26 hrs I was too tired to even request another room.

The shuttle came quick after I landed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice terrace. The shuttle left on time the next day. Would recommend.

Big Coffee machine in room was broken and smelt like old man / moldy

Front desk lady showed signs of disrespect and or discrimination to me, pool was dirty, none of the outside sitting area chairs were clean, nor did heating lamps work

Clean room, huge TV and ample secured parking.

Parking was great!! Excellent breakfast and the waiter at breakfast was above excellent definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Rooms were very clean and clean. Staff were also very friendly nice and polite.
