The staff were exceptionally helpful and my room was immaculate.

Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. This is all good. I suggest (strongly) that visitors bringing large goods vehicles to the hotel be advised to park elsewhere or, at the very least, to park with consideration for other people — not blocking them in so they can't leave without damaging their vehicle. Perhaps a staff member could advise customers with large commercial vehicles not to be selfish when they park. In a nice way, of course.

I had booked 2 nights but had to cut one day out. Staff helped me and it was seamless to cancel the one night. The rate for one night went up by 20 bucks

Upon arrival. There is mo complimentary water. The receptionist said the complimentary water and slipper are for those regular customers only. I can’t imagine how they will attract a new client….

Location was good for our trip to the Steven F Udvar-Hazy Center Also within walking distance of good places to grab dinner Loud traffic although inside our room you couldn't hear.

Nice room. And the young lady at the check-in was very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle to the airport is a huge plus and the offering of extended parking is cheaper at the hotel and you don’t have to worry about paying for parking at the airport. Lots to eat around the location as well.

Currently under renovations so the place is a mess. Staff seemed clueless, bed spreads were dirty, and every floor smelled of weed.
