Stay one night. Breakfast is good. The room is very clean. It is walking distance to Costco and the mall. My son went to planet fitness to work out which is walking distance from this hotel.

We went this motel for the accessible room. The first thing was that it was very hard to get a wheel chair in the door that we were told to go in. When we got to the room I had to move the refrigerator and microwave because it was by the bathroom door and we could not get my husband through the door with his wheelchair. It was just very inconvenient. I suppose if you were in good health and you didn't have much to deal with that the motel would be ok.

There were ripped screens and broken windows that weren’t in our room but visible from the parking lot. The breakfast is nothing special and wasn’t heated sufficiently.

The breakfast was fresh, hot, and so good. The coffee was wonderful. The fruit was very fresh it looked like they had just purchased it. The staff were so nice. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it when needing to stay in Champagne.

I have stayed several times at this property. It is conveniently located with restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel uses Direct TV which during my stay was constantly going off. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I will stay there again in the future.
