Hyatt Place Canton

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed. It was too firm.

Lobby staff were very polite and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was pretty good too

Room was clean and we received fresh towels every day. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar was well stocked with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and potatoes.

Everything was perfect and I’d love to come back again.

The hotel’s location is really unfortunate-right by an onramp to the highway. The car noise was incredibly loud in the room -deafeningly so. Within 1 hour of our arrival I called down to ask if there were other, quieter rooms. Rather than tell me there weren’t, the person at the front desk said I had been in the room too long to change it. I said that shouldn’t matter, and then she said there weren’t no alternative rooms. I doubt she was being truthful. I wouldn’t stay there again!

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.

I reserved a King room. Ended up with a King ADA room. The front desk said they were sold out and no other King rooms or others available. Very disappointing.

Everything was perfect but... to take a shuttle to airport early in morning costed $10.00 extra per person which we were not expecting

Was a very clean hotel and everything was easy to access and super comfortable, thank you! Wasn't ready to leave when it was time , rare to find a comfortable bed in a hotel!

Could've been more to the Happy Hour. Little bitty discount and no snack. But everything else was great.

excellent place to stay

The room was great and clean- beds were very comfortable. The breakfast experience really put a damper on our trip. Both mornings they ran an out of coffee- we waited 20 minutes both times for it to be replenished but had to leave. Also ran out of boiled eggs ( only gluten free item available to eat ) and now regular bread. We weren’t late for breakfast so having these items would be expected.

In vicinity of Amish, Rails to Trails bike trail and NFL hall of fame. Centrally located to restaurants and activities. Great Place!!!

Nice clean property! Definitely will stay at again

I reserved a double queen room but was told upon arrival that none were available and was given a king room instead, despite traveling with four people. The front desk clerk showed little empathy and suggested the issue was because only one guest was listed on the reservation. Additionally, the room had chipping paint or cracks near the ceiling. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Horrible staff

My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and opulent with a large shower area. I had a mini fridge, sofa, king size bed and large TV with cable. The breakfast included had a wide variety of hot and cold items and was constantly maintained I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend the Hyatt for a great stay at a reasonable rate.
