Great staff

The room was clean, a bit outdated but with all the necessary amenities. Restroom fan was no working, but that was not important for us. Parking was not great since the parking lot was full everyday. Breakfast was complimentary for only 2 people per booking, which was okay since the buffet rates were not bad. A little more variety on bread and eggs would’ve been good since the food was not something someone who is diabetic or with health issues could eat. In the afternoon, the restaurant staff was not so attentive. My husband went to watch a game and sat at the bar for 20 mins and no one came to offer a menu or drink, which was disappointing.

Shuttle to the airport was super helpful. The front desk workers were very nice. Great view of the Bay.

Great customer service

The room was somewhat clean, but very outdated and old. There was no hot water. The door did not lock the coffee I made in the morning was musty taste horrible like the coffee machine has not been cleaned.

The hotel does have a small indoor pool and a small indoor hot tub, which was a nice amenity. However, the food and drinks were overpriced. Lunch was expensive and, unfortunately, the food was not very good. Five bottles of water and one small bottle of milk came to $18, which also felt excessive. Overall, the hotel was clean and had a few useful amenities, but the dated condition, musty room smell, and high prices made the stay feel disappointing.

Front desk staff need to be trained, not professional and the attitude, they charged me for parking while other didn’t, cleaning staff amazing and friendly.

I wish the TVs were not locked so one could use personal device to stream. WiFi was very spotty where I stayed.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Folks were there when I needed help. I don't have complaints

Parking lots while well lit were overcrowded. We compared this property to a Holiday Inn around the corner and chose it because the Holiday Inn listed parking costs while this property did not indicate there was a daily charge for parking. If we had known we would have saved some money and stayed in the other property, which also had free breakfast.
