Hotel Amarano Burbank - Hollywood

Fantastic staff, valet staff and Ethan on front desk in particular, beautiful clean room. Food was lovely, however continental breakfast is a little sparse. Everywhere was spotless.

I do love the hotel and have stayed many times. This visit I had issues with toilet flushing and smelling at night.

Also, the breakfast is very limited. They have a breakfast menu, but you only get some fruits and yogurt if you Paid extra for breakfast. If you want anything else like eggs and bacon, you pay extra.

I stay here every time I travel to the area. The hotel and staff are top notch, I would absolutely recommend it for your next trip!

I have stayed at the Amarano AT LEAST 30 times in the last decade and will continue to choose it when traveling. The attentiveness of the staff is unmatched. While some of the rooms are shabby and in need of some rehab, the others are well appointed and comfortable. Any issues I may have had are always taken care of - and it’s great overall.

Sadly, my experience was a bit disappointing because the valet and front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Customer service is an important part of the overall experience, and I felt that this was lacking during my check-in.

Bartender Norm was AMAZING. Friendly, welcoming and efficient. Norm is a real bonus to the hotel!

First, the staff is exceptional. Friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure your stay is a great one. Every interaction felt effortless, which is usually the sign of a well-run operation. The location is also hard to beat. Close to everything you need, walking distance to a lot of things, but far enough removed that it doesn't feel chaotic. What really impressed me, though, is that Hotel Amarano doesn't feel like a typical Burbank hotel. And I mean that as the highest compliment. It feels more like a boutique luxury property you'd expect to find downtown LA. Thoughtful design, great atmosphere, excellent service, and none of the cookie-cutter feel that so many hotels have today. Hotel Amarano gets the details right, and that's what separates good hotels from memorable ones. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the food was so delicious with good portions. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

We needed more than 2 coffee for the morning. At least 4 non-decaf would have been helpful. My only critique, everything else was so derful.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Burbank this is the place. Can’t praise the staff enough for how friendly and helpful they all were. Wish I’d stayed more than one night. Will be back and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel - great location

The room was clean but smelled musty and sour. The coffee maker did not work. There were 2 sets of towels for 3 people. The drapes were so very dirty!
