SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Buford/Mall of Georgia

The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf.

Self pay parking, busy area to drive in but lots available for dining and mall-style shopping.

staff was great

WiFi was weak and spotty. I like to share photos while traveling, this was almost impossible. The signal was barely capable of looking up local restaurants. I was unhappy with how parking was handled by a third party, but that seems typical among similar hotels in the area. The evening staff was very helpful in helping is locate items that had been shipped to us at the property, I want to recognize that as a positive.

Everything was great except the shower head had very little pressure.

The property was in a great location with the Mall of Georgia across the street. The hotel was clean and in great condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable and a great shower with good pressure. That we had to pay for parking.

We were greeted upon arrival

The place was very nice and easy to find when traveling. Right in the middle of the town. We will definitely stay again.

Air conditioning was not good

I don't recall anything I asked upon check in for a late checkout.... they kept stalling to give me an answe... told me to ask the early a.m. of check out.. Then when that time came, They denied my request... ill never stay here again...probably won't stay at any more IHG affiliated for that matter

Clean room and friendly staff. Good location for what we needed. Bed not comfortable unless you like a very soft mattress. Ac unit loud and room kept going to very cold when running to warm when it shut off. Breakfast with minimal options.

Front desk needed more training.

Breakfast is good as usual no complaints Everything was hot and fresh The attendant at the desk Ms. ANDREA was so sweet she explained everything to me, wished me a happy birthday and hope that I enjoy my stay.. she was very polite. The parking lot especially at night if you leave and come back there's nowhere to park I had to go around to the side or back of the building to find a park which I feel is not safe. Need more lighting on the side of the building I hope there are cameras too for safety reasons I always stay at this hotel when I come into town and parking is a problem.

the continental breakfast was sumptuous! Fresh waffles, hard-boiled eggs, decaf coffee etc. Breakfast was really good and so much better than I thought it would be. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was made promptly in the morning. The room amenities were also great. We will return when in the area!

Nice atmosphere and nice staff

Property was very clean.

Location Stayed 5 nights, and only twice did they provide what they called a “refresher,” which essentially meant just making the bed. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to request basic items like toilet paper, towels, and water. The room was not vacuumed at all during my stay. Very disappointing experience.
