The hotel isn't bad, but the housekeeping staff isn't doing their job properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and the conditioner and shampoo bottles were completely empty.

We enjoyed our stay. Thr suite was quite comfortable for the 3 of us and we had plenty of room. The staff was quite helpful as well. Thr only issue we had was our tvs sometimes wouldn't work correctly. Like didn't want to connect to YouTube. But it was fine in the end.

Great property and close to fun things. Shoutout Megan who works at the front desk, sent up a basket for my birthday and signed a birthday card to me. Just amazing staff and breakfast was actually pretty good

Very clean and very updated. Was surprised to see a dishwasher, large refrigerator. Plates, cups and other utensils in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre, not hot or labeled so accidentally got hot flavored breakfast sausage one morning and turkey bacon (I think?) one other time when I just wanted regular of both. Our room was hot and the a/c was making such a loud noise . the door to the bathroom kept sticking so every time someone used it it was loud so no one could use the bathroom at night. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Clean Quiet Wonderful Staff Helpful when needed.

We stayed here the night before we boarded our cruise. It was a great hotel for a great price and location was not far from the port. Will stay again

We enjoyed our family vacation, the name 2home definitely represents itself. We felt like home .

Clean and convenient location

Very clean, friendly and helpful.

Hotel overall was pretty maintained and clean from the outside and common areas. The room we received seemed a little janky. The bathroom sink held water and the toilet was old where build up of calcium in the toilet. The shower wasn't cleaned hair was left behind and caulking of shower and shower pan needs to be refreshed. Other than that the stay was mid level overall. Only stayed 1 night so wasn't worth a complaint to me.

Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in a little earlier. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish it was amazing! Patrick at the front desk was absolutely the best. I wish he was at the hotel or resort we ever stay at! He legally made it stay the best I've had in a very long time! The property was kept clean, stocked, and will maintained. The only issues we had was with the WiFi. I would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Everyone was pleasant and cheerful. Very knowledgeable and gave recommendations for things to do in the area

Friendly environment. Brought my family. Two young kids. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had fun in the pool. Super nice safe and overall cleanliness.
