Extended Stay America Select Suites Tampa Brandon

This was my first time staying here, and I found the shower curtain dirty, a cockroach, and the room wasn't very clean. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. The stove needs repair; it would be nice if they replaced it. I think they should renovate the entire hotel because it's located in a busy area with many restaurants, a mall, a movie theater, and the area is very nice. If they fix it up, they would have more customers. Thank you for your attention to this.

Room was dirty, there were a lot of cockroaches. Front desk had some hours stated in the front and nobody was there. Building was dirty and with a urine smell. Water was cold, no heat. The only positive thing is that it was close to places to eat or shop.

I didn’t I felt so itchy no one came up to the front because they are working the hell out of the staff , the fact that my guest had to show his ID as well as I did pissed me off. Because I had to wait hours upon hours The roaches the smell the upholstery not being clean the Floors were sticky it wasn’t the best experience

I would avoid this place unless you are desperate. Showed up after hours around 11pm as I was not expecting to stay overnight for work. I had to stand in line outside to get checked in. One person allowed in lobby at a time with the front desk attendant yelling at people to wait - not exactly a friendly introduction to the property. The room was disgusting. It smelled horrible, the walls were all marked up, and the bathroom door was severely water damaged and wouldn’t even close all the way. Bathtub had black all over the tub, toilet paper was used, and the kitchen was gross. The bed rocked every time you moved. It looks like the staff tried to keep things clean but obviously the property isn’t maintained. People were sleeping in cars outside, and it just felt like an unsafe environment. Overall it was a pretty bad experience when for $20 a night more you can stay in a normal hotel nearby. I would not stay there again.

Dirty !!!nasty !!!!!roaches!!! everywhere in bathroom baseboards and smells funny in room. The stair case has never been cleaned.

The facilities look very dirty, the refrigerator looks rusty or very old, and the room looks very old and unpainted. It lacks maintenance and looks very run-down. The location is good, very central to everything, but the facilities are in very poor condition. It also needs pest control. The place is very nice, but it looks very old and smells terrible. I can pay a little more for something better.
