This hotel was perfect for us with 3 little kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a great size; the pull out couch was super handy. We loved having the full size fridge and kitchenette and all that it was stocked with was so nice. The pool was great and the breakfast was seriously 5 star amazing.

THE OWNERS NEED TO INVEST IN THIS HOTEL IN A BIG WAY!

Every staff member was friendly and courteous. The room felt upgraded. The breakfast offered several different buffet options and was tasty. We would stay again.

If you’ve ever wanted to leave a hotel with fewer functioning toes than you arrived with, do I have the place for you. This historic establishment proudly maintains its original carpet tacks, which lie in wait beneath the carpet like tiny landmines, eager to introduce themselves to the soft underside of your foot. We bled. More than once. The front desk did not offer bandages, presumably because they’ve stopped pretending this is a surprise. The bathroom features an avant-garde “open concept” shower, by which I mean the shower pan opens directly onto the bathroom floor, so every rinse comes with a complimentary indoor flood. We learned to shower in galoshes. The towels did double duty as levees. As for the soundscape: I can now confirm what a herd of buffalo stampeding across hardwood at 2 a.m. sounds like, because the guests above us recreated it hourly on the hour. Whether they were actual buffalo remains unconfirmed, but I have my suspicions. The one genuine perk is the location — you can practically roll out of bed onto the CU campus, which is lovely if you survive the night. Would I recommend it? Only to people I’m quietly feuding with. Not recommended.

Thanks to Ryan and the rest of the staff. This place is great and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with a lot of room

Location is right behind a strip mall, which has pros and cons, but the facility was really clean and nice, breakfast was complementary and delicious and we love having the kitchenette.

Wonderful stay! Were there for 10 days and actually extended the trip and extra day due to the cleanliness, convenience, staff, and good breakfast. The Mountain View’s right outside were incredible and it was extremely pet friendly.

The room was well cleaned. The front desk staff were relatively good. The breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast had many options including eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, chicken tinga, several bread options and make your own waffles. The hotel is quiet, which we enjoyed. It was off the main road, which made it challenging to find, but nothing a close look at the map couldn't solve. The parking was plentiful, even when arriving later at night. Would certainly stay here again!

The front desk staff was pretty snippy, unfortunately. But the cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was subpar to say the least. The eggs and the meat were cold and I’m not sure they were even real eggs or real meat. Unfortunately, the bed and the pillows were uncomfortable, so I did not sleep well either night. The pluses are that the walls are decently thick enough not to hear every word and you can turn on the fan and get a quiet night of sleep. So this place is a mixed bag.

The setting was well connected to several places for food, as well as Walgreens stuff

I like the property that it was clean and seemingly well maintained Really the only negative comment I have is that the noise level from the outside was bothersome. You could hear people talking by the pool in their normal level as though they were in the same room. Also, you could hear the people above us walking as the floor creaks when they walked

Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Rooms are very clean and more importantly, quiet. Staff was great and morning breakfast was a definite treat. Highly recommend staying with them. SChampa
