It was a basic hotel. Barely got greeted by the receptionist. Rooms smelled and outdated

The curtains need to be change as they have mold at the bottom

I loved the plant base sausage and egg sandwiches for breakfast. Thank you.

The hotel, staff, and experience were all awesome. The beds were super comfortable. I did not like being charged a higher amount than what my reservation quoted. The additional deposit was in the amount and charged then refunded to my account.

Good stay, just wish the bathrooms were more kept. Nice staff

Staff was wonderful. Room was adequate for our family and breakfast was as well. Had to switch rooms because of faulty hotel water heater, but was not offered any credit for the inconvenience. Overall pretty good stay

The pillows are very flat and the mattress was not very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Pool and hot tub needs work. Walls/bottom felt like sandpaper with craters. Hot tub wasn't even heated. That was the sole reason I booked here. Got bit by something in the room, but there weren't any insects I could find.

Would like to say that I did stay 4 days 3 nights and not once anyone came to clean my room or give me fresh towels. One of the mornings that I was heading out did ask the young lady at front desk if someone could please leave fresh towels in my room. She replied with a yes and that evening when I returned back to my room no one ever came. No fresh towels and room was not cleaned as well. There was free breakfast but u had to keep asking the person that was in charge to refill the hot trays with eggs. No apple juice and when I let her know she said ok but never did refill. Service was unprofessional in all areas. The front desk staff r polite but every other service not so great. This was my first stay at this hotel and will be my last.
