The stay was okay, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Janine and Vania were magnificent. The only downside was the breakfast — it basically didn’t exist, just coffee, even though the booking stated that breakfast was included. The room was clean.

There was cockroaches in the room and they only provided the beds with two whole pillows when we arrived and when I checked out it took the man running the desk in the morning 20 minutes to come out of his office to check not only me but 2 other individuals to check out of this place.

No pool and this hotel has the poorest property conditions I have ever been in.

No, first off, me, whose card was used to pay for the room was misled about everything from the price to literally everything! Inhad no idea that this insurance policy was paid for with my card!

There was roaches all in the room

Very dirty room no good. I’m not happy on that. Expedia has to be back my money I have a lot of video and one picture only but you see how dirty is in pictures. The phone.

If you are tired and want to check in at 3 pm, it is not going to happen. It was almost 6 pm when I arrived and the room was going to take another hour before it was ready. The desk clerk did not offer any solutions so I asked if I down grade are those rooms available? She said yes so I accepted the room. After settling in I looked at my receipt. I was charged the same price as the original bigger room. I called to the desk to ask about the price. I was told the hotel can upgrade me but not down grade me because of the third party booking.

we chose this hotel because of the continental breakfast and due to renovations there wasnt any breakfast. This cost us even more money

When I came into the room, the room small like Clorox and bleach . We were inside the room for an hour. We couldn’t take us out because we got a headache. I went to the front desk told him the information that I’m checking out because I don’t feel comfortable in the room and they didn’t do anything. I asked for a full refund and they didn’t give it to me.

No one tidied up the room. It’s as if someone checked out of the room then when we arrived to check in, we were handed the room keys. No one checked to ensure that the room was clean.

Dirty floor. Meager breakfast options and no cream for the coffee for the whole stay :(
