This place is disgusting. We were stranded and dropped off by a tow truck, so we didn't have much choice. The best I can say is that the bed was soft and the AC was cold. Beyond that, ick. It was a no-smoking room but the moment you walk in, you can tell people have been smoking in there for decades (there was also a woman camped outside our door in a lawn chair smoking, blowing it right at our room). The "pool" was empty, not that we needed it but be aware. We walked to Wendy's, make sure your tremendous shot is updated. The bathroom had two tiny tubes of body wash and lotion--nothing for the hair. The tiny bar soap for the sink was open. The pillow I used felt like loose stuffing. Go to the Hyatt across the street.

The room stunk. The sheets weren’t clean the room was falling apart there was no shampoo or conditioner. It was honestly gross if it wasn’t for my kids needing sleep because we just bought a house in town and the electric isn’t on yet I would have just went home but even then the air unit was so crappy that standing outside felt better than being inside.

this place allows people to pay the price on Expedia, price line, etc which is for the price on the website, then when a person goes to check in there is more money to pay one person in front of me had to pay 75 $ deposit, then I get to the counter finally and paid thru Expedia for the room and now there is 50$ more to pay for a deposit. The reason I got and paid for the room is because I only had so much money left to my name not enough to end up paying 88$ for the room just because property manager decides each person has a different amount deposit. yes the deposit comes back to u but, Expedia amount is all a customer is suppose to be charged for the room. didn't stay never stepped foot in a room and don't get my money back. Boy do I feel like a fool loosing money over that.... generic paint job on the outside to make it look like it's better place but workers are not...not sure if cleanliness due to not seeing a room...I've never had this problem when reserving and paying ahead for the room. DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT WANNA STAY BUT STILL BE SUCKED OUT YOUR MONEY.

Breakfast was according to my husband " TERRIBLE", so plan on getting breakfast out and may we suggest "Big Bad Breakfast" in Rock City, Chattanooga.

Hotel was in terrible shape. My curtains were down, and one of the lamp shades broke. Grounds were filthy. Bed was fine, it was a cheap quick nights stay, so for the price it worked.
-
Building needs be condemned room was something out of a horror movie! If I could give negative starts I would. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t even try this place.
-
Unclean room, not sure if sheets were changed, no soap. Old sausages at breakfast.

Location 1. Very run down. The area around the hotel was run down. 2. The TV cable didn’t work. The font desk guy tried to fix it to no avail. Moved us to another room. Still didn’t work right. 3. The curtains on the windows in both rooms we were given DID NOT COVER THE WINDOWS. I had to use a pants hanger to clip the centers together but there were still gaps on the ends. 4. Breakfast not as advertised.

Easy access off of the freeway. But just enough so that you didn’t hear the traffic noise. It was perfect.

Deposit had to be requested back or you didn’t get it. Rooms were loud and very old. Curtains didn’t completely shut. Noticeable dust in various places.
