The room was nice, clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and convenient. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not like the fact that for parking one vehicle, you charge for parking. Even though I was already renting a room for 2 nights. I find it unacceptable. If I have only one vehicle and already paid for a room, why must you charge for parking. I understand if you charged for having more than 1 vehicle for the same room. I was informed that it was a corporate policy, not the individual hotel. Then corporate needs to be made aware that the policy is ludicrous.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days while visiting Chicago for a Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition, and we had a very good experience. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful during our stay. But we especially want to thank Ella at the front desk for her incredible help and kindness. After checking out, we accidentally left our performance costumes in the room and only realized it later that evening. These costumes are very expensive and extremely important to us. We called the hotel right away, and Ella was so helpful and understanding. She stayed in contact with us by phone and made sure our friends were able to pick everything up safely. Our costumes were returned to us in perfect condition, and we are truly grateful for her care and attention. Thank you again to Ella and the entire hotel staff for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. It meant so much to us, especially during such an important trip.

The hotel could not locate my reservation I made through Hotels.com - even after providing my phone with the confirmation email notification. Once we checked in after 45 minutes of an ordeal we checked into a filthy room that stunk. Floor and towels were not cleaned and the carpet had black stains on it. The mattress was worn out and sank and the sheets and covers stunk. Horrible experience! The breakfast was disappointing! We will never stay in a residence property again!

The area was good, the hotel amenities could have been better as in the app there is no pool they should probably take that off the app. We just wanted to get away and go swimming we were disappointed. We had a two bedroom suite with kitchen which was nice

Breakfast was good the kitchen lady was so nice

Large, clean room. Nice space. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good location, easy to get around the area. The hotel was busy, but very quiet. The gym is basic (3 machines) and pretty tight if you want to use weights. Breakfast was ok, not stocked as well as some others, but ample.

The property is an older one, that could use an upgrade but it was decent. The room I received did have candy in the bedroom and living room from the last person. There was deep indents in the carpet from maybe a dog? Old water damage on the walls from maybe a overflow on the room above us. Stains on the couch and big cracks on the door too. Housekeeping could have done better. Overall the best part was the customer service and free breakfast too. I was here for business trip 2 weeks.
