Very expensive. No free wifi no free breakfast. Other cheaper hotels provides these for free.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!

Great i wish there was some complementary breakfast and surcharge meals

Clean room. Friendly staff

Clean and presentable. Convenient bar with small food menu. Open for breakfast at 7am which is just a little late for business travel. 6:30 would be better. I've stayed there three tines and will again.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Great location

The location The person to long for check in when I already paid for the room 4 hours before getting there. The room and a sour smell to it. For the price the TV is outdated rust on the stand by the chair.

The check in person at 2a was pretty rude. Didn’t even give us a good morning and just asked us if we were there to check in. The room we booked, king size bed, was not what we got. Instead we got a double bed. System had just been updated and I’m guessing that’s one of the reasons for the bad attitude and wrong room, but a smile and better attitude would go a long way.

both evening and morning crews!! Definitely worth the stay!

This was a great place to stay for us. Very clean and courteous staff. Definitely will stay here from now on when I’m in Bham to visit my family.
-
Breakfast is not included and everything is very expensive, for example, a bottle of water $3.85, a slice of toast with avocado $11 and hot water for tea $7, multiple families complaining about not having breakfast.

Thanks so much for the great experience!

The room had a lot of lady bugs and when I told the lady at the front desk, she seemed as if she didn’t know!! I asked for a refund but I was changed into another room but it was the same as well!

This hotel is not up to the Marriott standards. We have pictures where there was an extremely large gap in the entry door. The gap on the doorknob side of the door let substantial light from the hallway, into to room after lights were turned out. Obviously, the door was not plumb level from a previous incident. There was mold in the toilet and the shower. The tiles in the wall of the shower enclosure heavily damaged, from a previous incident. Lastly, the corners of the bathroom had dirt , the rooms and towels were musky smelling. The lamps stainless finish, were actually rusty. 2 nights for $350 very disappointing, I was in town for a funeral and did not have time to switch hotels

Enjoyable

Room was clean and comfortable. The TV was playing when we opened the door and freaked my wife out a little. Sounded like someone was already in the room.

I booked a regular king room but when I arrived at the hotel they told me they gave my room away to someone else because they arrived first. Placed me in an assessible wheelchair room. I can’t stand those rooms and it was a major inconvenience. If I wanted that room I would have booked it. Could have upgraded my stay for the inconvenience but basically said tough luck. The front desk staff was inconsiderate and I would not patronize this hotel moving forward.

Bed and TV location is not placed very well. Possible a bigger TV would help.
