The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. The shower was dirty in the corners and growing the pink bacteria. The tile in the corners and edges were dirty.

The room was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There were some issues with the room that we had to make the staff aware of, but nothing that impacted our stay.

This all happened on our first night ... while at the pool (which is indoor) there was a gentleman outside blast music from his car and smoking something from a pipe which made me feel weary. Granted that is not the hotels fault for what the guest was doing but it was still an uncomfortable feeling while my child was playing in the pool. The guy knew we were in there because he kept making eye contact with me standing outside the glass door. Not only myself but my child was also woken to the loud sounds of someone parked in front of hotel at the entrance (mind you our room was on the second floor looking right at the entrance) with music also blasting and laughter. This went on for about 10 minutes, which to me, I felt like was entirely too long. I was a paying customer just like everyone else. I understand wanting to have fun and celebrate but consideration to other paying customers is also expected. Another customer also left water running in his room, fell asleep and flooded the floor causing it to knock out the Wi-Fi, tv and some other amities. Our room was beyond hot, the air never wanted to stay on, so we made a trip the second night to Walmart to get a fan. I feel like that is also kind of expected when staying in a hotel is how nice and cold the rooms always are, this was not our case. The hotel room, the hotel itself, and the breakfast were okay but considering our experience I believe we will find another place in another town to stay next time.

Hello! This is an amazing place to stay, and their customer service is truly exceptional. I shared some laughs with the front desk staff, which made my experience even better. I definitely recommend using this spot—it’s a little away from downtown, but close enough that you won’t feel like your car is far away, if that makes sense. I can't wait to stay here again! They are very attentive to cleanliness and consistently keep your room stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast is delicious.

Clean helpful employees nice facilities

Breakfast featured a variety of hot foods made fresh. The beds were comfortable but the shower was not as hot as I’d prefer. The grounds were clean and the staff were very kind. Also the coffee was free and good.
