The hotel was great! My only complaint is that they didn’t tell me at the front desk that I needed to pay or how to pay for parking. We didn’t park in front of the poles that had the signs that said to scan QR code to pay for parking. I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel. I luckily overheard someone telling another guest.

Room was very spacious. Lighting was a bit idiosyncratic with no central light except in the desk area. Great walk in shower with control on the wall opposite the shower head (as it should be but rarely is). Sink faucet a powerful multi point spray rather than the gentle aerated stream we usually get ... a bit off-putting for me.

Location has good accessibility. Good sized room. Poor breakfast. No eggs in the form of scrambled or others. No meat. Quiche were mediocre. Room cleaning only every other day.

Hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but did not have a dedicated area for pets.

We had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites! The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was amazing, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed while traveling. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We look forward to coming back!

Clean room, very helpful staff, went above and beyond to help out. Although we paid about 27$ for an overnight parking spot, it’s not a dealbreaker. The hotel was quiet, and room was spacious. Great experience.

In addition to that, the parking also had an extra charge of $30 per night. Just like the cleaning fee, I have never been charged for using a hotel’s parking. They assigned me a room next to the exit door to make it easier for me to take my dog out frequently; however, the room had several issues. The carpet was dirty and loose, which could cause someone to trip. The bed frame was dirty with what appeared to be blood stains. Near the curtains, we found spider nests that had not been removed or vacuumed. In the bathroom, the air extractor was not working. Overall, I am not able to recommend this hotel, especially not for pet owners

The hotel is in a good location and near the 101 freeway. The room was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the fact that people were smoking outside and having to smell that awful smell with my kids around even though there are signs around the hotel plus it’s supposed to be a smoke free property, staff should pay more attention to that. also both of my keys stopped working and I couldn’t have access to the side door which was closer to my room, plus I had my hands full and had to go to the lobby to get new room keys. As to breakfast all good, just think they should not stop restocking at 8:45 when breakfast ends at 9:30 am, since I saw guests looking for more toast, milk, and English muffins. Plus when they do serve eggs they tend to be more watery than other hotels.
