Great overall stay just wished they gave us more towels & soap in the bathroom.
-
But the refrigerator and everything else inside the place was amazing I would definitely book again.
-
No soap or shampoo. Even the cheapest hotels provide that!
-
For the price paid, I expected a clean and welcoming environment, but this room was the exact opposite. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable and made me question the overall standards of the hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

Room needed to be swept no soap to wash hands in any rooms nor was it available for request

This place feels more like an apartment than a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, clearly cheap, and it squeaked every time you moved. The pillows were really small, and they only provided one towel even though there were four of us staying in the room. The front office closes at certain hours, so you can’t get help when you need it. You’re also expected to clean your own room and take out your own trash, which doesn’t feel like a hotel experience at all. A lot of people seem to stay here long-term, and overall it just doesn’t operate like a real hotel.

I don’t recommend this at all, people live there so they’re to comfortable where they make you uncomfortable. Walking next to the building water drips on your face from the air conditioning. Our sheets was stained whole places smells like cigarettes the hallway as well the room. Staff was okay. I have booked for two nights had to leave on the 1st night because of bad was my neighbors from all way around. Sides/up/down making nose banging against the walls. A bunch of people hanging outside smoking and hanging out in big groups then stare you down when driving out. The beds was super uncomfortable where the bed squeaks every time you move for a newly built location I was very surprised. Wish I could get a refund the whole stay.

The hotel was not clean, the hallway was dirty, the elevators as well. There was not person to check in or out., I arrived at 8:00 PM and left at 8:00 A.M . To checking I spent one hour waiting for the person in charge. I could not notify them that Expedia give me a new hotel for the next day. Because I could not find any person to check out. Even the phone that is in front of t the check office never was answered. The hotel is dirty and smell so bad

Nothing Looks like a homeless encampment

This place is basic which is fine for the price but our room want properly cleaned, had none of the little things you expect from a motel like soap and our room was booked workout our own key. We had to get an employee to let us in every time we left which is ridiculous. Horrible experience.
