Room fairly clean, some crumbs along desk track. Comfortable pillows and beds. Bathroom had loose toilet paper holder and faucet fixture. Do not like the room layout, tv in an awkward position and bathroom door has frosted glass which lets light into the room when visiting the bathroom at night.

Great location, clean , good breakfast, Nice front desk staff Very poor housekeeping, outdated laundry machines that requires quarters only so each time you had to go down to reception and exchange for quarters. Most machines today use app based payments. Despite several reminders, they did not make our beds, bathrooms were half done, trash can kept very close to my bed after emptying, coffee machine pods not taken out. Their room rates are 5 star prices but housekeeping does not match that. Even after front desk assured that our room would be cleaned, it was not done. Didn't appreciate that.

Breakfast was boring

Parking was great and the staff was helpful. Loved the lavender eucalyptus shampoo!

Our only issue was the sound of the A/C. It was a bit loud. Funny story. I thought I heard an item drop between the mattress and the wall. My Husband looked under the bed. There were a couple of items there. An empty bottle of vodka with dust all over, and an empty box for a product called Oona whirl. I’m sure the cleaning staff really had something to talk about after we left it on the desk. Pro tip. Cleaning staff should check under beds when they clean.

Nice hotel with very large room. The breakfast is good and free. it is locate walking distance to the mall and restaurant which is convenient when you travel with a group

This hotel has the absolute BEST staff! They are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!!

Clean, Staff was nice and it was overall a nice place

Furniture and flooring worn. Many chairs had torn seats. TV didn’t work, all soap, shampoo and conditioner were empty. Staff was helpful and addressed needs promptly.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious! The complimentary breakfast was so easy, and the staff were amazing! The hotel is in an easy location, close to restaurants and amenities. The pool gave my kids a rash, but they still had fun!

This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering. The room refrigerator did not work. Some of the electrical outlets worked intermittently or not at all. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The furnishings in the lobby were shabby. The property needs a refresh or a new owner or both. No evidence of any active management committed to excellence.
