Quality Inn Baytown - Houston East

Rooms are old and not well kept, there is no buffet breakfast at all. Elevator out of service, bad smell in the lobby and in the hallways a really strong to cigarrets.

Best Customer Service out of all Hotels in Baytown. Front desk clerk is the best, most helpful person ever. Went out her way to make us feel welcome. Pool was great, in a nice private area. 5 STARS all the way!!!

This hotel was the absolute worst!!!! The hotel and rooms were musty, stinky, furniture stained, you wouldn't get the impression that this facility was well kept AT ALL!!!! The elevator was broken, the sink in my room didn't drain properly and had standing water for a substantial amount of time, which the maintenance person couldn't fix. The kicker was there was no hot water in the entire hotel at the time so there was no hot water and guests were not notified of this at check in. I requested a full refund and left about 45 minutes to an hour after check in. I wound up going to the Towneplace Suites, WHICH WAS PARADISE COMPARED TO the quality inn. Save yourself the headache unless you just really don't care, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! Worst hotel experience I ever had.

The room did not reflect the pictures and the bathroom wasn’t clean with built up scum in the corners of the floor. However the outside of the property looked very clean.

Hotels was nice and staff was friendly. Our room near the lobby was a bit loud from employees talking loud after 10:30ish.. still got a good night's sleep.

Let me start by saying the staff, or computer screen with a person in God knows where, was very nice. It was just very bizarre to check in with a kiosk. Otherwise, this was not what we expected. The room smelled like mold, the toilet was clogged upon our arrival, and it was just extremely rundown.

Peace quiet The Staff was very unfair integer judgemental of me. They kicked me out. For the actions of another guest. To whom room was in my name. I purchased it for her. She did something by letting people in the back door. They kicked me out. And allowed her to stay in the other room I paid for. They also allowed a woman that they had no identification on file for my room have a key to my room. The same woman left in my vehicle and didn't return in it. They refused to render any help in identifying the woman.. I was made to have to walk. Me being a heart patient had to walk 10 miles in order to get to relatives. Also I was charged for a extra room that they claim I wasn't charged for. But my bank statement says different. Nothing was done to the employees that treated me this way..

The elevator doesn't work, the corridors to the rooms smell like pure cigarettes, urine, even inside the room, not good hygiene in the beds, the mattress boxes stop that they took it out of the trash. And more details but let's leave it like that.

Friendly staff, easy check in, convenient location. No light bulb in lamp and restroom door was off track otherwise perfect stay.
