On the upside the staff was very accommodating. The valet was super fast. The breakfast was nice although as a diabetic my sections were extremely limited. That's food for thought!

We arrived on a Saturday night. We used this as an advantage to park on the street overnight. This was an easy walk to the hotel. Check-in was quick. Our suite was small but very efficient. Speaking of efficient, I would use the term to describe the gym. You will find a small gym that supplies you with what you need to get in a quick workout. Fresh towels were on all machines when I arrived at 6:50 am. There are also bottles of water. We did not have the Continental breakfast. We forgot and were jealous when we saw people with fresh waffles. Do not forget your breakfast!!!

This was my first stay at the Residence Inn near Johns Hopkins, where I had a medical appointment. The immediate area around the hotel is very safe. My room was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. The complementary breakfast next morning was better than most buffet-style hotel breakfasts that I have had. The staff was friendly and helpful and called a cab for me when I was leaving to go to the train station. There were a couple of really good nearby restaurants that a guest can walk to (I ate lunch at one of them on my final day) as well as a small little cafe where I grabbed a sandwich for lunch the day I arrived. On the night I arrived, I had dinner at the hotel's rooftop restaurant. The food was outstanding and the prices were quite reasonable. Of course, Johns Hopkins is only a couple of blocks away -- easy walking distance. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Baltimore.

They don't offer everyday room service unless requested, and the shower is having problem even they sent someone to fix it.

Great location for John’s Hopkins. Lovely stay. Friendly staff.

The facility needs some updating, but is very clean and presentable. Valet parking is well run, but the cost is somewhat steep ($50/night). Staff is very helpfuland pleasant.
-

-
the couch was stained and the cushsion was exposed as if a zipper was broken. There were also some stains in room floor.

Didn’t care for breakfast

Looks were deceiving The fact that it was 400$ for one night and it was no parking has to find parking or pay 50 for valet was the first car for valet the man was all over took the 2 cars that was after me had to wait on him the front desk staff was rude the night when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out. When going to room the door was open upon arriving there was no toiletries or anything in the bathroom. The pull out bed had no sheets or blankets not on the bed or in the closet nothing i literally couldn’t wait to get up and check out! Would never book there again!

The room The valet people was rude approach us about paying $42 per day or leave went inside to check in lady then said $100 card won’t be charged for hotel key I told her what valet said she said he’s wrong it’s $50 and my car got lost at a garage at my daughter graduation police found it the next morning no refund I took a picture of the valet sign and website it only says valet parking nothing about $50 per day to park nor the $42 that the valet said was the price the moment you get out your car

The only good things were its proximity to the hospital and the 7-Eleven across the street... It is an unnecessarily expensive hotel (I assume the price is so high because of the hospital nearby). I was not at all satisfied with the parking and valet service... You drive right up to the entrance, leave your car there, check in, and then hand it over to the valet... (55 USD per night + tip). It’s a huge waste of time... Also, regarding the "accessible room" we paid extra for—it is extremely difficult to enter the bathroom in a wheelchair... I don't understand how they expect someone in a wheelchair to bathe in that bathroom; there isn't even a place to sit... Plus, the glasses weren't clean... I don't feel we got our money's worth. My child said, "Let's not come to this hotel again"... We were absolutely not satisfied with the room at all... We didn't even have breakfast.

Clean room and nice staff. The room was chilly when we entered. We requested an extra blanket. It took 2 requests to get the blanket and hour later.
-
Only downside is that it’s difficult/expensive to drive there and load/unload. It’s very good for families because of the 2-bedroom room.

Clean rooms, courteous staff, great valet

They lest us check in earlier than expected, but they were knocking the door exactly at 12 for the check out. Will stay again if I return to Maryland :)
