The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We also ate breakfast at the L&B Bistro and Bakery and it was delicious. They also kept us hydrated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything and we'll see you next time.

Food extremely limited No free fresh brewed coffee downstairs in the morning

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not know that I had to request housekeeping services. I have stayed at many hotels. This was a first for me. I think guests should be told this upfront.

The rooms were very outdated, and we had a few issues, including a slightly leaking toilet and no window view in the king room. The hotel also had no nearby shops, and the small on-site food shop closed early. The location did not feel very safe, which affected our comfort. Parking was also difficult, with valet costing $50 per night and no on-site parking, so we had to use public parking and spend extra on Uber rides. Check-out time was also challenging, as the elevators became very crowded with guests leaving, making it difficult for us to go down from the 12th floor with luggage. Overall, while the staff, cleanliness, and historic charm were excellent, the outdated rooms, location, parking situation, and check-out experience made the stay less comfortable than expected.

I stayed at the Lord Baltimore for two nights to attend a couple concerts at the arena. I really appreciated the location, it was perfect location, pricing, and cleanliness. I would stay here again for a quick trip.

The TV reception was almost nonexistent. The WiFi was spotty at best. And the people in the room across the hall smoked marijuana constantly. I reported it to the front desk but that didn’t seem to stop me problem

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good for the price, but it could use an upgrade.

We had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby, food was delicious and our server was incredible. The bathrooms are a bit dated. We decided to upgrade to a superior suite so our daughter could have her own room. Based on previous travel we anticipated a pull out bed and were disappointed to find an uncomfortable futon with no pillows or linens. We requested linens and were given one heavily stained blanket & 2 pillows. I had to go downstairs to get sheets & a clean blanket. My daughter ended up sleeping in the bed with me and my fiancé took the futon. He said there was a rod through the middle you had to navigate and he couldn't imagine 2 people sleeping on it. The website says the room sleeps 4. On the day of departure, I tipped the bellman digitally and then called for assistance. When we checked in we were told to call when we leave. The bellman doesn't come in until noon despite checkout being at 11AM. Overall a decent experience with a few improvements it could be much better.

Bar and staff were nice. Multiple elevators were down when we visited making checkout time chaotic. Elevators only take 6 ppl, especially when Multiple events where happening in the area. Couldn't take the stairs because they were closed. It was about 30 minutes. The bathtubs needed scrubbing. Use to love staying here years ago but feels like the upkeep has changed.
