The rooms were very clean and all the staff was very helpful and friendly the breakfast was good I’ll stay there again on my trip to Baltimore!!

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, I was very happy there. We just stayed one night but I will be staying there again in the fall. They let us bring our dogs which we appreciate.

No regular coffee in our room and no coffee at 7am in the lobby.

Amy and the other wonderful woman at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help were the highlights of my stay. In fact, they are the main reason I was able to enjoy any part of my experience. They went above and beyond to assist me and provided the level of customer service that the rest of the hotel unfortunately failed to deliver. I asked three separate times for my room to be cleaned, but it never was. Each time, I was told that housekeeping simply hadn't gotten to it yet. Because my room was never serviced, I repeatedly had to request basic necessities such as bodywash, tissues, towels, toilet paper, and shampoo. The lack of housekeeping created an increasingly unpleasant situation. My trash cans became overflowing, and I had to leave dirty towels outside my door just to keep the room somewhat clean and manageable. To make matters worse, I was given a full-size bottle of shampoo, but it was intended to be installed in the shower dispenser and required a special tool or key that I did not have access to. Instead of a simple replacement, I was left with a product that I couldn't properly use. After asking multiple times and still receiving no service, I eventually gave up and put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. Considering the price of the hotel, its location away from downtown, and the poor level of service, I was extremely disappointed. Basic housekeeping and amenities should not require repeated requests and never be received. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations, and I would not stay here again.

The best part about the stay here is how calm it is and how accommodating and friendly the staff is. The breakfast for one of the two days we stayed was outstanding, the other day was what you would expect but they do everything they can to be helpful.
