I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The rooms are always clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff has been friendly, and I always feel comfortable staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will continue to book it whenever I’m in the area.

The only reason I deducted one star is because the air conditioning was a bit unpredictable. On the first night, the room temperature kept fluctuating—we felt hot at times and cold at others, though overall it seemed warm. On the second night, the AC was blowing much more strongly, and the room became very cold, even though we had set it to a similar temperature. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the AC could use some improvement.

Called ahead to make sure hot tub working. Checked in and hot tub blocked off. Was going to be out of service for both nights we were there. Was very disappointed. Other than that, hotel staff were nice. Lobby bar was great.
