They asked me how my stay was. Nice. Nice pool and lovely room and grounds

We stay here when visiting family and like that it is quiet at night and secure. Rooms are basic, nothing fancy. The beds are very comfortable. Good enough and priced just right.

The business room is huge and really nice very clean hotel your cars are secure with a gated community friendly staff love this place

Nice place. I stay here when I'm traveling with my entire family because they are pet friendly. The young lady I encountered on staff was really nice and accommodating. She works in the evenings. Everyone else it depends on who it is and what time of day I guess. Rooms were ok. Beds are definitely not queen size. My wife and I were practically on top of one another just to sleep. I suggest wood/tile floors because they allow pets. Didn't eat breakfast there so I don't know how the food taste. It is a restaurant so that's why it's an additional charge. All in all it was ok. Again I stay when I'm traveling with my 2 dogs.

We were very impressed with front desk personnel and even the maids we encountered in the hallways. Very personable and welcoming. Cleanliness of the room was superior and we felt that the shower was like a glorious waterfall instead of an annoying minimalist spray. Loved this place!

The air conditioning unit gave off a very moldy smell that was hard to deal with and felt unsafe

I liked that the parking area was locked up at night keeping our cars safe.

The air conditioner had a sign that said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. The wall thermostat would not go below 72 and did not turn on the. air conditioning unit. The room was 77 degrees first thing in the morning. The bed was extremely hard

Great room, comfortable bed. Had the most difficult TV remote I have ever tried to use. Took forever to figure out and get the TV on.

Great stay at this property passing through Bakersfield, I would stay there again.
