Extremely dirty hotel. I was shocked at how dirty the rooms were. There was stuff all over the bathroom floor and stains on the towels. I was surprised because I assumed this was a nicer hotel in Miami. Definitely stay elsewhere if you want a clean hotel.

Great location, walking distance to everything Except a pool there is no outdoor sitting, which is a shame

Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff , filthy public areas and a violent melee that broke out in the lobby leading to swarms of police arresting people made for a very disappointing, disgusting stay. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or apologize to guests. Awful.

We had no soap in our room when we got there. Only friendly staff was Zidi everyone else look miserable. No smile no hello . No coffee or tea in the common area. Will not recomend this hotel. Disapointed! Sorry
