When we arrived they gave us the wrong room which was not even cleaned, then we were given the right one. You should know they do not do housekeeping everyday so don’t expect a clean towel and made bed when you get back after being out the whole day. Overall cheap

Their was no movie channels and the TV was low. I won't be back. No hard feelings.

The place is good, easy to get to, and all the staff are very friendly. It has a pool and a basic buffet breakfast. The room was clean and presentable; however, the facilities are old. Even so, the stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, you could smell the cleanliness when you walked in. The pool stays open until 11 which is a huge plus for a vacation.

The location is right of the highway, beware there is road construction all over! Otherwise the hotel is well maintained. Slow elevators, parking outside can fill up but negotiable. Breakfast was good, lots of choices! Near many stores and restaurants!

I love the property and its location. I had already paid for my stay but yet I was charged again. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and yet it was not immediately put back to my account, and now my bank account is in the negative.

They don’t accept a debit card for a deposit, you have to have a credit card. The room was paid in full before arrival and my daughter was told to try to get a refund at 1:30am in the morning after driving over 6 hours. Plus the hotel we booked wasnt even open they send you to the residential.
