Great stay and convenient location!!

The premises were exceptionally clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff provided excellent assistance and courteously addressed all our inquiries.

Staff was extremely welcoming and answered all my questions. However, I had a difficult time sleeping because I sleep on soft beds. The bed was extremely firm. This is just my preference.

The hotel and location were all perfect! I believe is a great location between downtown austin and travis lake area. Food places were walkable. The parking was a bit pricey to factor in, and fire alarm kept going off in our room. Had to call down to get someone to fix it twice, buy they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, which a great add on. Overall, this is a great location to stay. Travel with wife and two kids.

Really nice hotel and even nicer location. Lots to do in walking distance of the hotel. Overnight parking convenient and not outrageously expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and in a nice area.

The room smelled strongly of wet dog. I'm allergic, and unless I kept it aired out around the clock, it bothered me. One morning, I woke up with a bloody nose. On the positive side, the room was nicely designed, and the bed sheets smelled of bleach, which I actually appreciated since it told me they'd been freshly cleaned. One suggestion: the toiletry bottles looked like they could have been opened and tampered with, so I ended up bringing my own soap and hand soap. Sealed or single-use amenities would give guests more peace of mind.

Location and the amenities Room felt a bit humid and A/C didn't seem super strong. Sliding bathroom door was hard to move. May just need some WD40

Booked a week paid in full my redeye canceled and they had my room rebooked before I could arrive with no refund resolution

Great location. I came to be with my granddaughter for a surgery at Dell Children’s. Parking. I parked in the garage just across the street, as instructed. Yesterday, 6/1(/26, I received a bill from Metropolis (notice # 246-378-576) for $74.50 for the time when I arrived 5:30 Pm on 5/12/26 to the next morning when I left to go to the hospital 8:57 am. 5/13/26. Now I have to attempt to dispute the charge. Please help me with this.

Beautiful hotel! The Origin Suite is incredible. We will definitely be back for our monthly visit to Austin! The floor to ceiling windows and balcony were amazing and the shower is absolutely incredible!

The room was very spacious, modern and pleasant (just like the hotel as a whole). It has a luxurious feel to it because it's so clean and new. The Blue Lacey restaurant offers recommendable breakfast and the staff is super friendly. Very nice calm and green neighbourhood. The city center of Austin is only a relatively short Uber ride away. It is nice to sleep here, away from the nightly bustle of the "live music capital" (after having enjoyed it of course). If you drive yourself (and don't take a Uber), it's not an easy ride to city. The roads are packed and you have to be very attentive (to take the right exits in time). Parking costs $25 per night (per car). Free parking would have been nice (especially since the hotel is not located in the middle of the city and guests really need a car).
