Great staff and had a great breakfast!!

The exterior and interior were outdated; however, the room was clean, quite and spacious. The staff was very responsive to requests. The breakfast was excellent; plenty of seats, great selection of food stuffs and the egg station was the highlight. I was disappointed with the $22 a night outdoor parking charge.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Pool area was a bit unkept. But overall great experience! Will definitely book again.

Everything was nice. Clean rooms and very spacious. Breakfast was a plus. Only suggestion for the hotel would be more handicapped parking spaces.

Property was overall clean and tidy breakfast was amazing ! A lot of space to sit ! My little one enjoyed the indoor pool and most of all the staff was really helpful

Our water pressure was awful! We had maintenance up to fix it then they never came back to actually fix it. Photos make the hotel look nicer than it is. Location was relatively centralized. Bed was very uncomfortable.

I was not aware of the $100 hold or parking fee until I arrived. I was under the impression that the parking was free at this location. Im glad I did have the extra money for the $100. That should be added to the hotel information

This is an older property that is in desperate need of a major renovation. The ceiling was leaking into the bar area, old carpets, bathroom door was hard to close, curtains were hard to draw. There were 4 of us in the king suite and when We asked for towels and toilet paper, they left us two towels and no toilet paper. Breakfast had a lot of options but everything would get cold quickly or was dried out from being in the warmers. Coffee was just okay. The pool was super full so we couldn’t even use it. The best part were the free drinks in the afternoon. They also didn’t mention that we had to pay for parking so an additional $53 in parking.

Always friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast. Nice gym. Enjoy staying here whenever I visit Austin.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. Also did not charge crazy fees like some other places!

We were there for only a night but the room was clean and breakfast was decent.

This hotel had very nice rooms. The staff was pleasant and happy. We were welcomed with a free happy hour and the breakfast was awesome. I will be coming back when I am in Austin.

All was awesome

Not bad, just a bit old and not very well maintained. Water leaks everywhere. Even the lobby has water problems. Housekeeping was very sparse.

Friendly staff and place was clean. You have to pay to park your car in the hotel parking lot. It should be included in the stay.
