Clean, quiet. Staff is great! Breakfast was very good.

I normally do not complain but when arriving for check in at 3:30am, the front receptionist had a terrible attitude. When offering to email my letter regarding my service animal, she refused and stated there would be 100$ charge. I refused to debate with her in fear of having no place to stay as a result, I later spoke to the manager and he fixed the issue. But additionally, (in room 219 specifically), the AC does not work unless you have the master light switch on by the front door. They were not even aware of this, I had to troubleshoot myself after they reset the breaker twice and had no maintenance on site. I requested a fan which they didn’t have to provide. Don’t get me wrong, the room was SO nice and spacious for being reasonably priced but considering the circumstances made it difficult to enjoy my stay.

Everything was clean I had a good stay there enjoyed the breakfast as well felt like I was still at my home a little apartment very cute, staff was very polite and friendly I even asked them to make a birthday card for my boyfriend he didn’t know anything about he was very excited for the birthday card.Nothing was to far from this hotel I did so much near by in one day

Entire building was great! Clean, staff was helpful, great location, room was clean. No issues at all with the room or check-in. Has a nice bar and decent hot breakfast. I’d recommend if you need more than two towels, ask for them at check-in, because three people came by while I was getting my keys and they all seemed very dismayed that their room only had two towels (didn’t bother me, but I guess inconvenient for families). Room comes with a microwave and mini fridge. Would recommend!

Ice machine only on 1st floor

Nice rooms and toiletries. Complementary breakfast and alcohol A/C takes way too long to cool the room. Staff charges for toilet paper even though we weren’t provided any. I would really appreciate a refund on the toilet paper. $10.40 for two sandpaper rolls. 4/16/26 room 217. We routinely had issues getting ahold of someone at the desk. We waited for about 10minutes for someone to come to the desk with no avail. We also called the front desk over the course of our multiple day stay and not one phone call was picked up or returned. Ever. Pool is under construction. This is very minor. The outside view of the hotel is pretty meh. The windows need some sort of personality. Kinda looks like a cheap hotel/prison lol.

Overall it was great, just wish they had more breakfast variety and pool was not ready yet. Also walls were very thin I could hear whole conversation of people next to our room.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, room, and bathroom, quiet place, comfortable bed, great breakfast, free and safe parking. All was excellent.

Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable. Near an HEB and restaurants. Road noise was audible in our room. They gave us a huge upgrade to a party room which was awesome.

Immaculate. Everyone on the property was amazing.

Room is clean and spacious. Staff is courteous and there is lots of space. However, location is difficult to get to and not ideal. I specifically chose this location in hotel because of the breakfast menu options that I saw online. I stayed one night on the 15th and the next morning I woke up, which was today. They did not even have hot bacon sausage has hashbrowns anything that qualified for a full continental breakfast. They served egg bites that had been sitting out for appeared to be over an hour or two bagels with cream cheese and parfait options. This is not what I consider a hot meal breakfast and I was underwhelmed by this experience.

The breakfast was okay but not much options. The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we wanted to stay here.
