Cambria Hotel Austin Airport

Staff was solid. Nothing stood out in that regard. The overall cleanliness of the building and room was good. However, the gym had two separate significant leaks from the roof. It was an annoying since it was right next to the equipment I used during my workout. The door to get in to the gym was also tricky to get into. I needed to contact the front desk. There was a trick to the door. Not ideal. Solid overall hotel, but it could improve in terms of the overall condition of the building. Made the stay feel average. Not what I expect when I go to these level of hotels.

We chose to stay here because it’s pet friendly, and it turned out to be a great experience. The area felt safe, was easy to walk around, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone, especially those traveling with pets.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

And it also prevented us from taking pictures to remember, make memories as we went up to our room.

The electrical kept tripping for our bedroom. I had to keep letting the front staff know. The fact that the electricity kept going out and we had to be up at 2:30 AM.

I loved my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartenders were friendly and the food was great. I recommend this hotel. It is close to the airport and easy to get to.

A beautiful hotel with clean, updated and spacious rooms, convenient to the airport. Nice pool area, but no shade at all. Lovely bar and lobby.

There was one one lady that was nice to us when we checked in. My boyfriend and I decided to stay there after we got off work to celebrate our anniversary and we were dirty when we got off work and the assistant manager treated us very badly, like we were homeless and we were trying to sneak in, then my card was charged 5 times for various amounts, exceeding the original cost of the booking and lastly, the air conditioning didn't work in the SUITE we booked.

Nice place. Love the 24 hour airport shuttle.
