Loved everything except parking cost

Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean. Food was very good. Rooms and bathrooms huge. Can't beat the lobby ambiance or beauty. Unfortunately lower score were because the carpets everywhere were very stained and soiled. The chair in room was worn and vinyl was wearing off. Because the rooms and linens themselves were clean gave 4. If not for the carpet and upholstery wouldn't been a 5 hands down

The room was beautiful.

Staff was very helpful

My favorite place to stay in the west!

The hotel is in a great area close to the airport and rental car return. Couple turns away from the highway also. Loved the hotel lobby, very cool resort feel. Room was comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay again!

Everybody was fantastic. I would give everybody a raise that I encountered there if I could. They were so accommodating. Aa

The room was very spacious and pristine. Also, the bathroom was huge. There is a restaurant onsite with delicious and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if I go to Aurora.

Seth from the Front desk very helpful. Seth help me with questions and great suggestion.

Upon entering my room, the toilet was clogged and there was feces in the bowl. There also was cereal on the floor so not sure if the room was vacuumed. During my stay, the TV went out and when I called the lobby, he didn't seem to care much. There is a convenience fee for the parking, which is mandatory, so parking is actually $17.25. The staff didn't seem to care about any of my complaints, offered nothing despite the inconvenience. I will never stay here again and I recommend you avoid this place.

Absolutely cute and niche hotel. Can't wait to come back!

I booked this for the free shuttle to the airport and because it seemed pretty unique on the inside. I needed a 3:30am ride to airport. When I checked in at 4:30pm, front desk told me their shuttles were "fully booked" for that time and I'd have to schedule a lyft/uber. No apology or offer of assistance other than "helping" me download the app if I needed. (I live in a rural area where there is no lyft/uber and did not feel assured I would actually make my flight.) Got to the room (which was beautiful) and the fridge did not work. Didn't bother contacting them. When my lyft picked me up, there were two shuttle vans sitting outside of the lobby with no drivers or passengers in sight. Beautiful place, but don't count on them.

Excellent Hotel, but we were very disappointed the pool was not open for the duration of our stay, it is one of the main things we look for, plus we had to pay for parking, we normally don't have to

This was a beautiful place to relax before our flight back out of Denver.

Other than the no info and no acknowledgements, breakfast buffet was good, the bed was comfortable and the hotel it's self is very pretty. Carpets, however, were dirty at least in my room and the bathroom tub very slippery could really hurt someone.
