Courtyard by Marriott Denver Aurora

Great hotel with a great location.

Lovely property, close to the airport, great bar , great front desk

It was ok there. Asked for do not disturb placard. Front desk said they would bring up. Never got one.

Just ok hotel. Booked on Expedia. When we arrived the hotel management had downgraded our room and we were basically told they could not do anything about because the hotel was full. No water available in our room or even in the snack bar area. Staff was very average.

I need to get a total refund

All staff, except one white male at the reception, where very professional and helpful. We reserved a room for 4 people but when we checked in the room only had 2 bath towels. Since we checked in very late at night we decided to notify the reception in the morning, and we wished that we communicated this to the lady that checked us in because she was very welcoming and helpful. Instead, we encountered a very rude white male in the morning who told us that this is how it works at every hotel and that all hotels provide only 2 towels regardless of the number of people in the party. He then proceeded to tell us that we'll have to wait our turn until noon to get any additional towels, after everyone else that requested extra towels get theirs. That was such an unpleasant experience! We've stayed in so many hotels and are a Marriott Bonvoy member, so we're not new to Marriott. Had we booked for only 2 people and we turned up with more people in our party and he gave us this answer, ok! But we made our reservation months ahead for 4 people - hotels we've stayed at are usually prepared with extra bath towels! This was just absurd! In addition, the $10 fee for parking and the fact that there was no complementary breakfast, like most Marriotts provide as complementary, is just a turnoff for us and will not be back at this location again in the future.

Clean hotel with good amenities. Right next to the train and not far from the airport. Walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores as well. Overall a great stay!

Hotel was really nice.

Good location right next to the light rail. I didn’t like that our toilet had problems flushing and the lady at the front desk wasn’t too friendly when I told her about it and the mix up with our complimentary breakfast not being on the list. She could have been kinder, since it wasn’t my mistake. I’m hoping my refund for breakfast actually happens.

The hotel is fine, but the bed I got was the worst I've ever slept in, and I've stayed in cheap hotels in Greece. They should make sure the beds are comfortable because that can make or break your experience. For me, it ruined it. In the future, I will avoid booking a room at this hotel. I'm sorry, but the bed and cleanliness are the most important things. Cleanliness was fine, but the bed was terrible, with a dip right in the middle.

Staff was amazing

Our bed was ifvwe were backing the stone age, very hard. Otherwise forvthevfew hours there a nice hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Upon checking in, the lady at the counter was by herself and handled a busy area all alone very pleasant and calm. Great job!! I would stay here again!

Everything was good

Only complaint that I have is there is no free continental breakfast they charge for their breakfast.

The courtyard by Marriot Denver Aurora was a great stay! The rooms were beautiful, clean and smelled good. The fitness center was also clean and well maintained. There were lots of weight lifting and cardio options. The food was delicious and convenient! The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! I felt welcome and safe. Thank you!
