Clean room and you can tell they recently upgraded the rooms.

The breakfast on the 5 floor changed everyday. The drinks at night could have been better.

The person who checked me in was very helpful and explained to me how the rewards worked because I had a question. Every time I have visited this property my experience has always been good. I really like the upgrades from the remodel also.

no ice bucket in the room. could of used a microwave also. the walls were a little thin, could hear other people in the room next to ours.

My room was warm. I believe the thermostat is set and controlled. Although someone came to my room in 5 minutes & put on a show of repairing…. the thermostat remained the same…The staff was nice & I didn’t want to make a big deal because I was only there for a graduation & one night but had I needed to stay for multiple days….. I couldn’t sleep in room that has the thermostat set at 73 for sleeping

In the Augusta area for travel basketball game. Greeting at desk was superior. Also had dinner at restaurant, burger was delicious! My family will definitely come again. We decided to stay another night.
